  • HBS MMA & Fitness Center offers a variety of classes, including MMA, boxing, kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, Muay Thai, fitness boot camps, strength and conditioning, personal training, and self-defense. We also have special programs for kids, youth, and women.

No prior experience is required! Our classes cater to all skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Coaches provide modifications and guidance to ensure everyone trains at their appropriate level.

Wear comfortable athletic wear and bring appropriate protective gear such as gloves, shin guards, and mouthguards if participating in combat classes. A water bottle and towel are also recommended. For fitness classes, just bring yourself and be ready to work hard!
